The state of California is calling cap on Tory Lanez’s claim that the gun he shot Megan Thee Stallion with is missing… legally speaking.
Court and legal affairs reporter Meghann Cuniff obtained new court documents, which say, “The query showed that Evidence and Property Management Division has the firearm, the firearm magazine, and all the bullet casings and the bullet fragments…”
In other Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez related legal developments, her cyberstalking suit against the pro-Tory Lanez blogger Milagro Gramz is moving forward, with a trial date set for July 21st, 2025. That will give Milagro time to find and finalize her legal team, as well as giving both sides an opportunity to “explore the possibility of a settlement in good faith.” Milagro is currently being represented by one of Tory’s lawyers, Michael Hayden, who needs to find local co-counsel since he is not licensed in Florida, where the case is being tried. It’s been noted that Hayden has failed the California State Bar eight times after graduating from an online, unaccredited law school.
