SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department is investigating a shooting that killed a 23-year-old man on Sunday, Oct. 31.
According to the police department, officers responded to the 100 block of Morekis Drive at approximately 1:20 p.m. Officers located 23-year-old Terrance Palmer with a gunshot wound.
Palmer was taken to a Savannah hospital where he later died.
Detectives are still investigating the case and do not believe this shooting was a random incident.
