LUDOWICI, Ga. (WTOC) - A home was destroyed by fire early Thursday morning in Long County.
It happened around 3 a.m. at a mobile home on Main Street in Ludowici. Long County Fire says one resident was home at the time of the fire and was able to make it out safe. No injuries were reported.
It took Long County firefighters until about 6 a.m. to put the fire out. Officials say the home is a total loss.
The Red Cross has been called to assist.
