SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Savannah Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on White Bluff Road on Friday evening.
The police department has blocked southbound White Bluff Road from Echols Avenue to Abercorn Street for the investigation.
According to police, three people were injured. Two adults and one juvenile.
A public information officer says that all three are at the hospital, two with non-life threatening injuries and one with life threatening injuries.
“There were two vehicles that were exchanging gun fire in this area. We do know that the vehicle that did arrive at the hospital is tied to the scene out here right now. Detectives continue to investigate. We know that this was around a time where there was a lot of vehicular traffic in this area so we’re just requesting anyone who may have seen anything whether it’s big or small that they definitely reach out to the police department,” said Public Information Officer Keturah Greene.
