SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Tybee Island City Manager Shawn Gillen says the Coast Guard and Tybee Island Fire are searching for a swimmer that went missing in the water near 18th Street.
According to Gillen, three swimmers were in the water and two of them were rescued.
