TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) - Tybee Island City Manager Shawn Gillen says emergency crews have located the body of a swimmer that went missing in the water near 18th Street.
According to Gillen, three swimmers were in the water and two of them were rescued. The City of Tybee is expected to make a statement as more information becomes available.
