SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Chatham County Police Department says the second suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery and shooting that happened on March 24th of 2019 at Brewer’s Sports Bar & Grill on Ogeechee Road has been arrested.

The U.S. Marshall’s Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Justin Campbell in Virginia in January.

One man was wounded during the incident. Witnesses say two men entered the restaurant through the back door and demanded money. During the robbery, the victim was shot.

Chatham County Police arrested 24-year-old Anthony Raife on Sept. 27and charged him with armed robbery and aggravated assault in connection with this case. Raife has pled guilty to those charges.

Investigators are still working to find out what - if any - prior connection the two suspects had to the business.

“There may be some connection, but not necessarily that they were employees. We’re still trying to figure that out,” said Chief Jeff Hadley, CCPD.
