CNN got ahold of the hotel surveillance footage from 2016. The incriminating video shows Diddy grabbing and throwing Cassie on the ground, kicking her and dragging her in the hall. It's almost verbatim what Cassie accused Diddy of while on the stand.
In the video Diddy posted on Instagram, he says he "hit rock bottom" and that he "takes full responsibility for his actions in the video." He apologizes in general, but not to Cassie. Most of the people who saw the video and followed the case can tell that Puffy's just sorry he got caught. Weeks ago when the Cassie filed her suit, he claimed he "did not do any of the awful things alleged."
