TeeRoy's 2 Cents:

  • This isn't the first time they've been accused of things along these lines.
  • They're innocent until proven guilty.
  • Where there's smoke, there's usually fire.
  • I don't know if the "Rubber Band Man" is bouncing back from this one.
  • The reckoning created by the #MeToo movement continues.

T.I. and Tiny are being sued over allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman.

The anonymous accuser says it all went down in 2005 when she and a friend went to a party at Coolio’s house. That’s where she says they met a guy called Caviar, an apparent associate of T.I. and Tiny. He invited the ladies to a night club the next night, where they say the partied with T.I. and Tiny in the VIP section. Jane Doe says Tiny handed her a drink and a little later, they left the club in two different vehicles and headed back to the couple’s hotel room. While three women were allegedly brought back from the club, Tiny is said to have kicked the other two out for getting too flirty with her man.

Once the room was cleared out, Jane Doe says that she began to feel lightheaded and dizzy, but T.I. demanded a massage, before both Tiny and T.I. forced themselves on the victim.

She says she was woken up by a security guard the next morning and escorted out, while noting she was suffering serious vaginal pain like itching and burning. She’s suing for sexual battery, assault, negligence and false imprisonment under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act.

T.I. and Tiny’s lawyer tells TMZ, “Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.”
