Beyoncé had a surprise for attendees at the world premiere of theThe Lion King last night.
The star of the live-action Disney reboot, who plays Nala, released a new song titled “Spirit.”The song appears on the official movie soundtrack, but also on a companion album titled,The Lion King: The Gift, which contains songs inspired by the movie and written by African artists. The album arrives July 19th, the same day as the movie. (Variety)
