Mike Will Made It is turning to Jay Z to help take his upcoming album Est. In 1989 Part 3 to another level.

In an interview with MTV News, Mike Will says he plans to sit down with Jay to ask whether he can use the full, three-minute-long version of Jay Z's track "Beach Is Better" for Est. In 1989 Part 3.

A shortened, 55-second version of the song - which was produced by Mike Will - appears on Jay's recent album Magna Carta Holy Grail.  Even if he doesn't get Hova's permission to use the track, Mike says the album has some "special things" on it.

He also revealed that he's already linked up with artists such as Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, T.I., Big K.R.I.T., and Future for possible collaborations on the album.  "Est. in 1989 Part 3" is slated to arrive later this year.

The lead single for Est. In 1989 Part 3 hit airwaves last month.  Titled "23," the track features Wiz Khalifa, Juicy J and Miley Cyrus.
